ND and Korean food

First off, this past weekend I got to go to Southbend, Indiana and see Notre Dame . . . The school is BEAUTIFUL! The stadium was also ridiculously large, with a mural of Jesus basically right there. I also got to go to the Clevand Yachting Club and chill with ridiculously rich people. It was fun and the food was delish. Too bad I didn't do too well on my physical readiness test considering I took it the next morning I got back from my 5 day trip = P. . . but I still got 88.46% . . .

Okay, I went to see the Dietition 2 days ago and she prescribed me to get soy milk and sports drink to stay hydrated among other snack stuff to munch on throughout the day, but she was asking me about Korean food because next semester they're going to have an Asian bar every once in a while and would like to have Kimchi, bulgogi, jap-chae, among other things out there. If you guys know the recipes, please send them my way so I can give it to her. She spent like a year in Japan and a couple of weeks in Korea and absolutely loves the culture/food.

I get to do this Debutante Ball thing in DC which will be a fun time with rich people, and I get to spend Thanksgiving Day with David and Sarah, YAY!
I hope you all are doing well!
Anne, you need to post!

I'm glad you got to see their campus-

You and the whole rich people thing-- Do you feel pretty comfy in that kind of environment? like w/ the whole ball thing coming up- are you nervous/excited?

I think I'm allergic to soy milk- or some weird chemical in it because I love soy and eat tofu-

Don't know any recipes-- which I'm sure you can easily find online--

I agree-- ANNE NEEDS TO POST!
